SWF- teeny report

I had marked to attend four days of programmes but I only attended the first two.  I chose panels in the industry stream and not those about writing or writers. Book publishing is going through a massive change right now and I was very interested to hear how publishers/agents/editors managed creativity and business, trends and marketing, writers and editing. The rooms were full, space was limited, some even overspilled. The panelists were wonderful but I didn’t fancy jostling for seats or spending half my day waiting in line so I took the weekend off. The programmes I did attend, though, were insightful.

My opinions will likely be linearly logical and gayly bent, as they tend to be.
