Books to perve at

Hola, kids.

I’ll be heading soon to Cologne for the Gay Games and continue tramping through Central Europe over (their) summer. In the run up to that, I have a thousand and one things to do/buy/select/pack/unpack and organise, hence the quietness on this blog.

But before I leave you, here are a couple of items literary lesbianistas that you are should check out:

The first is a peek at the new Batwoman comic series, Elegy. Take a look at the graphics. Like wow! If you’re wondering why you should support this series, well, honey, Batwoman in her RL alter ego as Kate Kane, is family. I don’t know why she’s got a couple of freaky dudes as her sidekicks but I can’t wait to find out. Sadly, I won’t be taking it on holiday with me. I’ll be loading up my iPhone with ebooks in the unlikely event I’ll have time to read.

Secondly, this is a shout out for a young woman who is attempting to read and review the whole lesbian literature-verse.  She’s starting a bit far back but unearthing some beauties. Good on ya, Danika. Send her your book picks at

Finally, don’t forget to download your copy of 4Play: Read These Lips Volume Four from

Evecho’s newsy bits

News, updates and links from the lesbian and publishing ‘verse that interest me, my current projects, keeping up with authors and sharing musings on middle-class life, gourmet adventures and comparisons between East/West perspectives. My opinions will likely be linearly logical and gayly bent, as they tend to be.
